Please note before submitting:
- Readings can only be submitted between the 10th and 17th of each month.
- Enter your account number exactly as shown on your municipal statement, then click Find Meters.
- Select the correct meter from the list — your meter type is set automatically.
- Do not include decimals in your reading.
